In one sentenceColleagues on your company's email domain join your workspace the moment they sign in; anyone else needs an invitation link, which works for one address and for 14 days.

Steps

  1. Tell colleagues to sign in at app.headwaystack.com with their work address. Anyone whose email domain matches yours lands in your workspace as a member.
  2. Check Roles & members under Admin. The Members card lists who can sign in; Access opens each person's controls.
  3. Ask us for an invitation for anyone else - a personal address, another company, or a second workspace of yours. Write to hi@headwaystack.com with the address; an invitation is for one email address and lasts 14 days. Sending one from inside the app is not there yet.
  4. Tell the invitee to sign in as the invited address. The link opens "Join {workspace}", names who invited them, and joins them the moment they sign in. Signed in as someone else, they see "That invitation is for a different address".
