One workspace, modules that switch on

One login, one list of people, one history. Every module shares them, so the person who owns a deal, logs the hours against it and sits in a one-on-one is one record, not three.

The modules are Sell (Today, Pipeline, Blockers, Forecast, Closed, Companies, Offerings, Inbound, Forms, Import), Time (Timesheet), People (Team, Flight risk, Pay & rewards) and Recruit (Candidates, Find candidates, Forms, Reporting). A new workspace starts with Sell and Time on. An admin switches the others on under Admin > Modules. A module that is off adds nothing to the sidebar - no greyed menus, no locked pages.

The one rule

Headway assumes every deal is advancing. Moving a deal forward is one tap. When a deal has sat in a stage longer than that stage's typical days it goes Overdue - the only nag in the product - and you either advance it or say what's in the way. The one rule explains what that does to Today and the forecast.

The Free plan seats two people and asks for no card. Open your first deal or import your spreadsheet, then follow your first week.
