Bring your book in from a spreadsheet

Steps

1. Open Import (under Intake, in Sell). A CSV: a header row, one deal per line. Click Choose a CSV, or paste the text and click Read the CSV.
2. Map columns on "Which column is which?". Headway guesses from your headers; change any with the dropdown. Deal name and Company are required; Value, Stage, Close date, Contact name and Contact email are optional. Anything left on Ignore does not come across. Click Preview the import.
3. Read the preview - "N of M rows will import." A row with a problem says why: a missing deal name or company, a value that isn't a number, a stage name that isn't in your pipeline, or a close date not written YYYY-MM-DD.
4. Click Import N deals. "Your book is in." counts what was created and what was skipped, then offers See it on Today.
