Billing & usage: plans, modules and seats

Steps

1. Open Billing & usage under Oversight in Admin.
2. Read the Plan card. The pill names your plan - Free, Core or Enterprise - and Seats reads like 1 of 2 used or 3 in use, no seat limit. Free is for two people; Core is $16.99 per user a month (AUD, GST excluded), unlimited seats, with People and Recruit at $12.99 per user a month each in the workspaces that have them on; Enterprise is custom.
3. Check Modules on this plan. Each reads On, Included, switched off, or From the Core plan. Free covers Sell and Time; Core and Enterprise add People and Recruit. The switches live under Modules.
4. Read the Payment card. Seats billed counts every occupied seat; People and Recruit add to seats in workspaces that have them on. On Free, Upgrade to Core opens a secure checkout; once you are paying, Manage billing is where the card, the invoices and cancellation live. 5. Download a copy from the Your data row - every record in the workspace as one JSON file.
