Pipelines and stages: rename them freely

Steps

1. Open Stages under Data model in Admin. The page is titled Pipelines; the first card is the default - deals land there unless routed.
2. Rename a stage by editing its name in the row. It saves when you leave the field. Beside it, days typical is the dwell target - blank means none.
3. Add a stage with Add a stage, then Add stage. It becomes the board's last column, after the won stage - for parking columns like Declined. A pipeline holds at most 12.
4. Create a pipeline from New pipeline: a name and at least two stages - the last is where finished deals land. Create pipeline saves.
5. Set an Owner per pipeline, or leave it Unassigned. A recruiting pipeline also has a Client; No client - ours means your own campaign.
