Campaigns and the candidate board

Concept2 min
In one sentenceEach campaign is its own board under Candidates - every applicant is a card in a stage, with a chip saying whether they are ready to work.

One board per campaign

Candidates shows one board at a time. A campaign is one hiring effort - a client, a depot, a business unit - and each has its own board. With more than one, a row of tabs above the board switches between them, each labelled with its name and its client or owner. + New campaign creates one: name it, pick a client if your workspace has clients, and press Create campaign. It opens with the default stages - Applied, Screened, Interviewed, Ready to place, Hired, then Declined - which an admin can reshape under Stages.

Each column is a stage, headed with its name, how many people are in it, and a typical number of days where one is known. Candidates arrive through your application forms: every form points at one campaign and one stage, and each submission lands there as a new card. See Your branded apply page.

What a card tells you

A card carries the candidate's name, their role profile (or "No role yet") and home base postcode, how many days they have been in the stage, and the readiness chip. Readiness is worked out fresh each time from the credentials on their record, measured against the role profile: Ready when every required credential is current, Ready ยท expiring when one runs out soon, a percentage such as 60% ready when something is missing or expired, and No role until a role profile is set. An Overdue chip appears when someone has sat in a stage past its typical time.

Open the name for the whole record: credentials and evidence, bookings and the no-show rate, files, their application answers, and the history of every move.
