Move a candidate along, or withdraw them

In one sentenceDrag the card to a stage, or open its ⋯ menu and press Advance; Withdraw asks for a reason and keeps the record, reopenable any time.

Steps

  1. Open Candidates and pick the campaign tab if there is more than one.
  2. Drag the card into a stage, or open the card's ⋯ menu and press Advance to move it one stage right. Or send them to jumps to any stage.
  3. Confirm with Move them when a move crosses Hired or Declined. Into Hired, they count as hired from today.
  4. Withdraw from the same ⋯ menu when someone drops out. Type why and press Withdraw - a blank reason is refused.
  5. Reopen them from the Withdrawn strip under the board, or from their record.
