Build a form

Steps

1. Open Forms - under Intake in Sell or in the Recruit menu - and under Create a form pick Application form or Enquiry form, name it and click Create form.
2. Fill in the Header - a welcome line, an Accent colour, + Add logo. All optional.
3. Add a question - type it, choose how it is Answered with (short or long answer, dropdown, multiple choice, date, email, phone, section heading, or a file on application forms), tick required if needed, then Add to the form. Choices go one per box; tick "Other" to allow a written answer.
4. Arrange the questions - drag the grip to reorder, rename in place, Archive one you no longer want. Answers already given stay.
5. Pick Where submissions land - the default names the pipeline and stage. The people filling the form never see this.
