Password and two-factor sign-in

In one sentenceClick your name at the foot of the sidebar, open Security, and press Manage sign-in - your password and second factor live with your sign-in provider, not in Headway.

Steps

  1. Click your own name at the foot of the sidebar. Your account opens on Preferences, with the email you signed in with under your name.
  2. Open the Security tab. The Sign-in card shows your Email - the address every workspace here knows you by.
  3. Press Manage sign-in on the Password & two-factor row. It opens your sign-in provider's own profile (Clerk) over Headway.
  4. Change your password or set up a second factor there, then close it to come back. There is nothing to save in Headway - it asks the provider who you are each time you sign in.
